Lyrics: Beleriand

Beleriand

When the truth comes out
The light Telperion dies
Ungoliant
Barad-dûr
Angband alive

There
We find our fate
We find our darkness
That name
Melkor in us

When the truth comes out
The line Elendil flies
Across the Sea
From Númenor
Angband arrives

There
We find our fate
We find our darkness
That name
Melkor in us

In us
In us
In us
In us
In us
In us
In us
In us
In us
In us
In us
In us

If anyone is interested in a fan video, I’ve created a short flash video for Blood.

It’s not the whole song, merely a third.

It’s just an encouragement gift for them, but I hope you readers enjoy it too.
(I am aware that it is totally unrelated to the song lyrics as well) :)

bobo baggins – I’m going to get even more lame… the lyrics deal more with “The Silmarillion” than with The Lord of the Rings – although it’s all part of the same long chronology.

But the nerd in me wanted to make the correction. The name “Beleriand” is the “Middle Earth” of it’s time.

I could go on about the Elder days but this probably isn’t the best place for that…

  5. Nest says:

I think it makes the song 1000 times more awesome

  6. Zac says:

Damn, when I first saw it, having no middle-earthian education, I thought it just might be a Sigur Ros-Hopelandic-homage.

  7. Graceo'Valar says:

this is such an epic piece of music. I know alot about ME lore and this makes it 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 better trust me.

  8. Uhrwerk says:

The lyrics don’t really make much sense in the context of the Silmarillion narrative, sadly

  9. Meowmiaomiaounjavnyan says:

I love the fact that this band made a song about the Silmarillion. I freaking love Tolkien.

  10. the_meaning says:

I know this is old but nobody has ventured into explaining what the lyrics are about. Is anyone game?
